数控螺旋立式内拉床

数控内螺旋拉床主要应用于汽车、摩托车、农机、航空及工程机械等行业产品的内螺旋齿、螺线的加工制造。其加工尺寸和形状位置精度高、效率高、操作维修方便、加工成本低且易实现自动化，数控内螺旋拉床的应用范围日益广泛，其工艺范围也由一般的内孔和平面拉削扩展到较复杂的型面加工。

本机床采用FANUC伺服机械传动，工作平稳，能无级调速；机床的工作台与主滑板为整体式，由伺服电机和滚珠丝杆带动上、下移动实现拉削，机床在拉削运动Z轴上利用光栅尺，在旋转运动C轴上使用双蜗轮蜗杆和角度编码器，有效保证了机床的运行精度，其工效可提高10倍以上。
